Group Booking & Reservation Policy
Because our desert group tours are highly structured and capped at a comfortable maximum capacity of 7 people per vehicle, advanced bookings are strongly recommended.
- Secure Booking Deposit: A deposit of 20% to 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Morocco.
- Accurate Traveler Info: Guests must supply accurate full names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, hotel name/address for morning pick-up, and specific dietary/medical requirements during booking.
- Price Guarantee: Once your booking is verified, your tour price is guaranteed. We will never apply surcharges or fuel adjustments, regardless of general price fluctuations.
Booking Confirmation Policy
We know how critical a guaranteed schedule is for your holiday plans. Here is how our dynamic confirmation loop functions:
- Immediate Receipt: After filling out our tour form and submitting it, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email stating we have received your booking inquiry.
- Agent Review (Within 12 Hours): One of our travel agents will review your requested departure date, verify group seating availability in our 7-seater vehicles, and reply with payment instructions for the deposit.
- Final Voucher: Upon receiving the deposit, we will issue a formal Desert Tour Booking Voucher listing:
- Exact tour date, duration, and departure/endpoint.
- The precise hotel pick-up window (typically 07:00 AM - 07:30 AM).
- Our local 24/7 support WhatsApp hotlines.
- A practical PDF packing guide for your desert stay.
Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy
We strive to remain highly accommodating because we know travel schedules can shift. However, as group slots are limited and we prepay desert hotels, camel drivers, and camps on your behalf, we enforce the following guidelines:

- Rescheduling Privilege: You can reschedule your group tour to another date free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure (subject to seat availability on the new date).
- Force Majeure / Weather Cancelations: High mountain snow (Atlas passes) or heavy desert sandstorms are rare but possible. If we are forced to cancel your departure due to severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events, you will receive a 100% immediate refund or have the choice to take an alternative route.
