Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking your Moroccan group tour.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a shared group tour with Desert Tour Group Morocco, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you are booking on behalf of multiple travelers, you represent that you hold the authority to bind all participants in your party to these terms.
2. Group Dynamics & On-Tour Behavior
Our tours are structured as shared group expeditions with a maximum of 7 travelers per group. For the safety, enjoyment, and mental well-being of all participants, you agree to:
- Respect and follow the safety directions of your driver-guide and local guides at all times.
- Adhere to specified departure times in the mornings and during road stops. Late arrivals disrupt the travel flow for other paying guests.
- Treat fellow tour members, local staff, and host communities with dignity and cultural sensitivity. Aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the tour with no refund.
3. Health, Physical Fitness & Safety Risks
Traveling to the Sahara Desert involves certain physical requirements. By participating, you certify that:
- You are in suitable physical health to endure long drives (up to 8-10 hours in some packages), moderate walking over uneven sand dunes, and riding camels.
- You have disclosed any severe medical conditions, food allergies, or mobility restrictions during booking.
- You acknowledge that extreme temperatures (high desert heat in summer, freezing cold desert nights in winter) are natural characteristics of the Saharan climate.
4. Passports, Visas & Travel Insurance
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry) and any necessary visas for Morocco. We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive international travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, luggage loss, and adventure activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
Desert Tour Group Morocco acts as an agent, coordinating transport, accommodation, and desert guides. While we only use licensed and highly verified third-party partners, we are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage arising from weather delays, flight cancellations, road traffic congestion, political unrest, or force majeure events.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any legal disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
